The Hungry Hippie Farm & Hostel has been a wonderful experience for us, sharing our homestead with amazing guests from all over the world! Our homestead is uniquely located in the hillside overlooking Lake Superior. Your stay at our hostel will give you a glimpse into our humble, yet fulfilling life on the edge of the wilderness. Cell phone reception is spotty at best. The wildlife has no boundaries, nor does our farm dog, Charlie. We offer peaceful, rugged & beautiful accommodations!
With a lot of elbow grease, ingenuity, and grit, we’ve converted our beautiful barn into a clean, cozy and affordable lodging accommodation! The Hungry Hippie Hostel features 6 private rooms with comfy queen beds and have wonderful views of Lake Superior and the surrounding boreal forest. We also have a campground with glamping tents and primitive sites. We are so excited to share our homestead with you! Let us give you a unique, fun & local North Shore experience! Open year round!
